SIPFA – Sudley Infants Parents and Friends Association
SIPFA is a parents, carers and friends association which plays a vital part in the school community. The committee has worked closely with the school over many years, contributing to the already friendly community feel on many great events!
Annual Events that are held by SIPFA:
Themed Cake Sale
Themed School Disco
Party in the Playground
All events are very popular with both children and parents/carers of the school! SIPFA also organise events during school time such as Easter Egg Hunts, Santa Claus’ Grotto and Reindeer visits which help to enhance the children’s experience at Sudley Infant School.
As a parents, carers and friends association, our aim is to raise money during these events to help provide the school with additional new equipment. Money raised helps to subsidise the Year 2 swimming lessons; has provided the school with iPads, library books / DVDs, and a camera; as well as providing gifts for the children when they attend school trips.
In order for SIPFA events to go ahead and money to be raised for the school, it is imperative that new parents/carers join our committee to help in any way they can. We are always open to new ideas and suggestions so please feel free to come along to our annual general meeting (AGM) on the 21st September 2017 to see how you can get involved.
We look forward to meeting all the new Reception parents and carers!
