Dear Parents, Friends and Children

May I thank you for taking time to browse through our school information. The information we offer you covers many aspects of our school life, its organisation and the interesting ways in which we offer the Foundation and Key Stage 1.

In this school education is about children experiencing the joy of discovery, solving problems, being creative, developing their self-confidence as learners and maturing socially and emotionally. We aim to develop in the children a special self-motivation here - where their creativity is recognised and encouraged.

This school is constantly improving and developing - we set challenging targets recognising that we can always do better! We are concerned with educating children for their life in the wider community - and indeed creating in children an interest in education for life.

Children learn better when they are excited and engaged in a family atmosphere - your child will love to learn at Sudley Infants.

Individual needs are taken into account - developing personalities are nurtured during the three years. We expect everyone to excel but we understand, as you do, that there may be some mistakes along the way - and that these mistakes can be turned into positive learning points.

This is a family school - we respect all types of family units that make our special community and like all families we will have our ups and downs - but we will learn from each other.

We work together with staff, parents, governors and the wider school community to promote high standards of children’s behaviour.
